The Cambridgeshire Koi Show

Vat Allocations

Vats for the Cambridgeshire Koi Show are allocated strictly on a first come first served basis with priority being given to those that exhibited with us the year prior. If you exhibited your koi last year there is no need to reapply, you will automatically be sent the relevant paperwork in plenty of time to secure your vat.

If you didn't exhibit your koi at the show last year then we would encourage you to complete the short form below to register your interest, should a vat become available due to additional vats being put into the show, some of last years exhibitors not taking up their option or as does sometimes happen, an exhibitor drops out, you will be contacted and given the option to book your place.

Due to the level of interest shown, applicants are initially restricted to one vat, however if you are interested in additional vats should they become available, please indicate that when you return your application form or complete the vat request below so that the Show Committee can contact you.

Cost of entry will be dependent on the size of the vat you wish to select and will follow the standards laid out below:

  • 2.5m vat (40 points) - £30
  • 2.8m vat (50 points) - £35

As per the BKKS Show Rules and Guidlines (SRG) that we will be following for the staging of the show, we will be using a points system for the stocking of the vats.

This stocking level used at this show is slightly higher than the suggested figure guidlines stated in the SRG and is based on data from previous shows and the lower PH value (stable 7.5ph) of the water found at the showground.

To register you interest in exhibiting at the Cambridgeshire Koi Show, please complete this short form below, we'll get back to you to confirm receipt and advise of your position on the list.

Thank you for showing an interest in exhibiting at the show.
